What is Pure Storage FlashBlade?
Pure Storage FlashBlade is an entirely flash storage based storage solution designed to scale beyond the capabilities of traditional NAS devices.
Read below to learn how to use Pure Storage FlashBlade with Filebase.
1. Login to the Pure Storage FlashBlade management console.
2. Select Storage from the left side bar menu, then Array, then select the plus sign next to 'S3 Target Connections':
3. Enter the following information to configure Filebase as an S3 target connection:
Name: Filebase
Address: s3.filebase.com
4. Once connected, Filebase will be listed under S3 Target Connections:
5. From the left side bar menu, select Protection, then Object Replica Links, then select the plus sign to next to 'Remote Credentials for Object Replication':
6. Enter the following information to configure your Filebase credentials:
Remote Array or Target: Filebase
Name: Filebase
Access Key ID: Filebase Access Key
Secret Access Key: Filebase Secret Key
Select ‘Create’.
7. Then, select the plus sign next to “Object Replica Links”:
8. Enter the following information to configure your PureStorage FlashBlade bucket to be replicated to your Filebase bucket:
Local Bucket Name: Your PureStorage FlashBlade Bucket Name
Remote Array or Target: Filebase
Remote Bucket: Your Filebase Bucket Name
Remote Credential: Filebase/Filebase
