BucketAnywhere for S3 - Android App

What is BucketAnywhere for S3?
BucketAnywhere for S3 is an Android app available on the Google Play store that allows you to connect to an S3-compatible cloud storage solution like Filebase and mount a bucket to your Android device. This allows you to access and manage objects stored on Filebase from your mobile device.
Read below to learn how to use BucketAnywhere for S3 with Filebase.
1. Open the BucketAnywhere for S3 app.
Select ‘Add’ to configure your Filebase bucket for connection to the BucketAnywhere app.
2. Configure the following settings to connect to your Filebase bucket under the ‘General’ tab:
S3 URL: s3.filebase.com
KeyID: Filebase Access Key
SecretKey: Filebase Secret Key
Bucket: Filebase Bucket Name
Local Dir: Local directory to mount your bucket to
3. Then select the ‘Advanced’ tab.
Select ‘Expert / specific S3 settings’:
4. Select ‘Signature Version 4’.
5. Choose ‘enabled’ to enable V4 signatures.
6. Switch back to the ‘General’ tab.
Select ‘Save’ to save your configuration.
7. Your Filebase bucket will now be listed on the homepage of the BucketAnywhere app.
To connect to your bucket, select ‘Connect’.
8. The objects stored in your bucket will be listed and available for you to view and use on your Android device.
