Astiga

Learn how to configure Astiga for use with Filebase.

What is Astiga?

Astiga is a music playing platform that allows you to play songs and other audio files, such as podcasts, stored in a wide variety of different cloud storage locations. Audio files stored on Filebase can be played using Astiga. Astiga is available as a browser based application and can be downloaded as an Android application.

Read below to learn how to use Astiga with Filebase.

Prerequisites:

1. Login to the Astiga dashboard. Select ‘Amazon S3’ under ‘Add Storage’.

2. Enter the following configuration information to connect to your Filebase account:

  • Name: Filebase

  • Access Key: Filebase Access Key

  • Secret Access Key: Filebase Secret Access Key

  • Region: us-east-1

  • Bucket: Filebase Bucket Name

  • Initial Folder: Optional; Folder inside of bucket

Save these settings.

3. After saving your configuration settings, select ‘Filebase’ under your list of ‘Connected Storage’ locations:

5. Click on any of these files to play them.

Once the audio file begins to play, a music player toolbar will appear on the bottom of the screen, similar to other music playing applications.
